We have a simple mission in life, to bring a sense of justice, faithfulness and respect to the cultures, relationships, training and performance of organisations. We work with voluntary, faith, community and commercial sector groups so they can realise their true potential by:
- releasing the skills and gifts of the individual, and
- optimising the processes and systems that are holding them back.
We draw on faith-based justice to promote:
- honesty and integrity;
- trust and respect;
- ethical work principles;
- the affirmation of personal identity and empowerment;
- the gifts and potential within every person for the wider social good.
The word zedakah means "active righteous justice", a concept shared by three major faith traditions, Judaism, Christianity and Islam, based on a belief that everything ultimately belongs to God.
